LODGING
We have three options for lodging on the property, holding up to 40-42 beds in 20 shared rooms when the property is fully rented.

Sunrise Lodge
The Trailside Lodge holds ten to twelve at capacity with twin beds or European King for couples. It has a wheel-chair accessible room, bath, and adjacent parking. The full-size kitchen holds necessary appliances, dishware, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. There is also a large gallery meeting room, front and back patios, and the herb and flower garden. The back walk is an extension of the xeric gardens on the property and leads to the vegetable garden and amphitheater.
The Sweetwater Lodge, overlooking TAC’s labyrinth, xeric gardens and horse pasture, holds twelve people in six bedrooms along with a kitchen and dining room. All rooms have two twin beds or could hold a European Kings for couples. The downstairs kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dish ware plus a washer and dryer. The back garden entrance leads to the labyrinth.
Sunrise Lodge holds fifteen to eighteen people at capacity. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Each has a private, adjacent bath. There are ten beds total. The large rooms bunk two queen beds plus additional twins as desired. The house has surplus kitchen space, fully stocked with necessary appliances and dish-ware. The dining room and living room are an open floor plan with a half-bath and open-beamed cathedral ceilings, displaying the open land and pastures. Downstairs there is a large conference room, spacious art studio and bathroom. The exterior offers front and back patios along with ample parking and entrance to the hiking and walking trails on property.
