This retreat centers on movement and meditation of multiple forms with intentional backdrops of Wyoming’s high desert steppe. The Spirit is here. Each day will offer different class options from various instructors for all abilities. Food and reprieve are also paired inside this retreat community.

About the event
Each participant chooses from an array of movement, meditation and art workshop offerings by a wide list of instructors throughout their time on property. All meals are provided and adhere to dietary restrictions except vegan.

Private Room for $550.
All food is included during the retreat timeframe. There is an extra $50 facilitator fee after signing-up.
Additional nights are $150.
